Stay current on new products, seasonal styles, and best sellers.
Make thoughtful recommendations that solve customer needs rather than simply making a sale.
Help customers discover products that enhance comfort and long-term foot health.
Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked sales floor.
Support merchandising, inventory, and other daily store responsibilities.
