Responsibilities
- Provide personalized service that keeps customers coming back by welcoming customers and creating a friendly, comfortable shopping experience.
- Measure feet and conduct our signature sit-and-fit consultation.
- Recommend footwear and insoles based on comfort, support, and lifestyle needs.
- Help customers understand the benefits of different brands and fit technologies.
- Ensure every customer leaves feeling confident in their purchase.
- Build knowledge of footwear brands, construction, and fit technologies.
- Stay current on new products, seasonal styles, and best sellers.
- Make thoughtful recommendations that solve customer needs rather than simply making a sale.
- Help customers discover products that enhance comfort and long-term foot health.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked sales floor.
- Support merchandising, inventory, and other daily store responsibilities.
