About The Position

Stan's Shoes-Greenfield is looking for a part-time Shoe Sales Associate to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, loves shoes, and is looking for a part-time job that keeps them active. The position involves working one-on-one with customers on the sales floor to help them find shoes that are comfortable, stylish, and suitable for their lifestyle. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, understanding their needs, measuring feet, recommending footwear and insoles, processing purchases, and assisting with general store tasks. The company emphasizes a customer-centric approach, focusing on listening to customers and ensuring they leave satisfied. While prior retail or sales experience is not required, the company provides comprehensive training in footwear, fitting techniques, and customer service.
