About The Position

Stan's Shoes in Greenfield, Wisconsin, is hiring a part-time Shoe Sales Associate. The role is focused on helping customers find footwear that suits their fit, comfort, and lifestyle needs. Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and learn what they are looking for.
• Measure customers' feet and use the store's sit-and-fit approach.
• Recommend shoes and insoles based on fit, comfort, and lifestyle.
• Learn about footwear brands.
• Ring up purchases and assist with everyday store tasks.
• Listen to customers, ask questions, and help them find suitable footwear.
• Work with the team to provide customer service.
