About The Position

Stan's Shoes-Greenfield is seeking a part-time Shoe Sales Associate to provide one-on-one customer service on the sales floor. The associate will help customers identify footwear that suits their needs, fits comfortably, and works with their lifestyle. No footwear expertise is required; hands-on training in footwear, fitting, and customer service will be provided.

This active retail role involves welcoming customers, listening to their needs, measuring feet, using the company's sit-and-fit approach, recommending shoes and insoles, processing purchases, and assisting with everyday store tasks. Associates work with a team and may occasionally be scheduled before the store opens or after it closes.

The position offers a part-time schedule with varied shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Pay is the greater of base pay or commission for the pay period, with typical earnings of $15–$20+ per hour depending on sales performance. Candidates may be required to undergo background and/or drug screening as a condition of employment.

• Be dependable and willing to help when the store gets busy.

• Retail or sales experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and learn what they are looking for.
• Measure customers' feet and learn and use the company's sit-and-fit approach.
• Recommend shoes and insoles based on fit, comfort, and lifestyle.
• Ring up purchases and help with everyday store tasks.
• Listen to customers, ask questions, and help them find appropriate footwear.
• Work alongside the store team to provide great service.
