About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers a positive customer experience through excellent service, relationship building, merchandise selection assistance, product recommendations, and transaction processing. The role supports sales and store key metric performance, maintains merchandise presentations, and works with store operations teams to meet store objectives. The associate helps create a friendly store environment that builds customer loyalty and satisfaction. This is an hourly, part-time position. The role includes customer service and selling, maintaining selling areas and merchandise presentation, supporting store operations, and following asset protection, safety, and security procedures. Ability to regularly move around all store areas and remain accessible to customers.
Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products, and lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs.

Use suggestive selling techniques and product recommendations to meet customer needs and drive sales.

Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns professionally, promptly, and with care.
Maintain selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.
Use training tools and resources, and incorporate feedback to improve product knowledge, selling skills, and performance.
Stay informed about products, promotions, policies, and store events to provide accurate information to customers.
Contribute to a positive store culture by connecting with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating achievements.
Assist with store fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, product placement, and other assigned tasks.
Follow asset protection procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols to support shortage control, inventory accuracy, and risk reduction.
