About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for Shipside Operations Specialists to support the 777 Line Side Control Center (LSCC) team onsite in Everett, Washington. As a Shipside Operations Specialist, you will collaborate cross-functionally to identify, investigate, and develop countermeasures to drive improvement projects in production. Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Experienced or Senior Shipside Operations Specialists.

Requirements

1+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
1+ years of experience working in a multi-functional team environment
1+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

Assist with activities across multiple functions to coordinate resolution of emergent issues in support of specific operations
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
Provides limited feedback on assessment results
Support the teammates in implementation of strategies and plans
Works under general supervision
