About The Position

Our distribution center is hiring energetic, team oriented individuals to work in our fast pace warehouse! Working as Part-time Shipping, you will help facilitate the movement of product throughout our distribution center. You will be responsible for organizing all outgoing orders, loading product into trucks by hand, pallet jack, or by forklift. This is an entry-level position based out of our distribution center located at 4110 Premier Dr, High Point, NC 27265. This position may offer a flexible schedule after a period of onboarding, training, and meeting performance goals.

Requirements

18 years of age or over, due to the nature of work
Proficient written and oral communication skills
Proficient computer skills
Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
Learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Work independently as well as in a team environment
Willingness to work a flexible schedule/extra time as needed
Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 100lbs
Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)

Responsibilities

Operating computer programs, RF scanners, and printers to label product
Inspecting product for damage and documenting discrepancies
Sorting product into correct locations
Stacking product efficiently
Consolidating, loading and unloading shipments
Utilizing load truck reports to locate product for outgoing shipments
Ensuring proper load securement for transport
Verifying product is correctly labeled for easy identification and delivery
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of work area
Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations
Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives
Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings
