About The Position

The Pond Guy / Airmax, Inc. is seeking a Shipping/Warehouse Team Member to join their team. This is a full-time, year-round position in a clean, well-lit, team-oriented environment with consistent hours. The role is best suited for individuals who enjoy staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and performing repetitive tasks with consistency. The Shipping/Warehouse team plays a key role in getting customer orders out accurately and on time. You will receive hands-on training and be expected to follow established processes, safety requirements, and quality standards while working toward daily performance goals. Opportunities exist to learn new skills, cross-train in different areas (picking, packing, receiving, or Production), and grow within the company.

Ability to load and unload carts containing heavy materials.
Ability to push and maneuver carts with a total load of up to 200 lbs. consistently throughout the workday.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Must pass a drug/toxins test and background check.

Responsibilities

Walk throughout the warehouse and pick customer orders using a handheld scanner and digital pick list.
Locate products and build orders accurately and efficiently.
Deliver completed orders to the packing area.
Work toward daily productivity and accuracy goals.
Track product movement using scanning equipment and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
Operate equipment safely and follow established safety and quality procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Adjust to changing priorities and support other areas based on business needs.
May be cross-trained in picking, packing, receiving, or temporarily scheduled to work in Production based on business needs.
May experience department movement throughout the year for extended periods.
