About The Position

This role is responsible for various shipping and receiving tasks to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment. The individual will be responsible for maintaining inventory, preparing orders for shipment, loading trailers, and ensuring all safety and quality standards are met. This position operates on the 2nd shift.

Requirements

Ability to receive constructive performance feedback.
Ability to maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
Ability to obtain and sort orders by placing them on respective pallets.
Ability to load the appropriate trailer with the completed orders and making sure that orders are on the truck before a designated shipping time.
Ability to shrink wrap product to pallet to secure articles for shipment.
Ability to operate electric pallet jack to move, convey or hoist shipments from shipping area to storage or truck.
Ability to label all shipping pallets with appropriate shipping labels.
Ability to follow safety rules for personal protection and the protection of others; including maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Ability to perform quality audits on shipping cartons.
Ability to run and maintain print and apply area.
Ability to package and tape all shipping cartons.
Ability to brick stack load all cartons on to the trailers.
Ability to bill and provide packing slips.
Ability to ensure accurate weight specifications for each outgoing carton.
