About The Position
Responsible for maintaining warehouse inventory, receiving functions, and cycle counting process, to ensure that all inventory is correctly processed, located, and monitored.
Requirements
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Good working knowledge of Oracle ERP system or similar
- High School graduate or equivalent required
- 3+ years of lead or supervisory work experience in a warehouse or inventory environment
- 2+ years of domestic and international shipping via UPS, FedEx, and truck freight
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and maintaining all shipping functions
- Schedule and supervise work force to meet daily operational demands in production and shipping/warehouse environment
- Process improvement of all activities
- Researching and reconciling order discrepancies
- Supervision and training of employees
- Apply interpersonal and communication skills to motivate the staff
- Annual performance reviews
- Ordering and maintaining necessary supplies
