The role involves accurately locating and selecting products, verifying orders, packing items for shipment, and operating warehouse equipment. Requirements

Proficiency in basic math and clear communication; able to read and understand instructions in English and complete simple logs and reports.
Able to lift, push, pull, and position items up to 50 lbs (with assistance provided for heavier loads).
Reliable attendance and commitment to scheduled hours, adhering to timekeeping and other company procedures.
Comfortable standing and working in a non-climate-controlled environment for the entire shift.
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues.
Attentive to detail, capable of determining correct shelf locations based on routing tickets.

Basic understanding of warehouse functions and general mechanical knowledge.

Responsibilities

Accurately locate and select products from warehouse shelves or floor locations, following labeling or stamping guidelines.
Verify picked and packed items against order requirements to ensure accuracy.
Pick, pack, and prepare various machined products for shipment, including boxing, labeling, and securing items.
Operate powered narrow-aisle pickers safely and efficiently to retrieve products from different shelf heights.
Practice safe lifting techniques and seek assistance for items over 50 lbs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and operate equipment following safety protocols.
Collaborate with other departments or assist in different areas as needed to support overall operations.
