About The Position
This is a full-time Shipping Warehouse Associate position focused on shipping, receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations. This role is perfect for someone with at least two years of hands-on experience in warehouse management, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment. A forklift certification/license is required. Strong attention to detail is a must.
Requirements

- Ability to perform accurate calculations
- Ability to maintain a productive and organized work environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience with inventory systems and warehouse equipment preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments with carriers, freight companies, and forwarders
- Schedule shipments and oversee truck loading/unloading
- Verify shipping documents and maintain shipping records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Pick, pack, scan, and prepare orders for shipment
- Generate shipping labels and shipping reports
- Maintain inventory accuracy and product quality
- Assist with quarterly physical inventories
- Wrap and band pallets when required
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and shelf pickers
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
