About The Position

The Shipping Technician is a vital part of our operations team, ensuring products move accurately and efficiently from our facility to customers around the world. This fast-paced role combines shipping, receiving, material handling, and production support responsibilities, requiring adaptability, attention to detail, and a team-first mindset. No two days look exactly alike—you'll help keep operations flowing by responding to changing priorities, incoming deliveries, customer orders, and production demands.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Ability to read blueprints, specifications, and measuring devices
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed
High school diploma or GED required
1–3 years of shipping, receiving, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred
Valid Wisconsin driver's license, or the ability to obtain one

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification or material handling equipment experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, label, and stage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
Prepare shipping paperwork and coordinate carrier and freight pickups
Verify order details, quantities, and product labeling before shipment
Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing freight
Operate warehouse and production equipment, including saws, drills, presses, and trimmers
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment
Identify quality concerns and help resolve issues before products leave the facility
Contribute ideas that improve processes, efficiency, and overall operations
Provide support across departments as business needs evolve
