Shipping Technician
About The Position
The Shipping Team at Christensen Arms delivers value by ensuring the right product arrives to the right customer at the right time. The Shipping Technician is a member of the Shipping Team and reports to the Shipping Manager. This individual works with the shipping team and is responsible for accurately pulling orders; verifying paperwork and records meet ATF requirements; ensuring inventory is 100% accurate; and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. This is an entry-level position; job training will be provided for all duties and responsibilities.

Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with FedEx and UPS shipping systems is a plus
- Comfortable using technology; experience with ERPs and MS Excel a plus
Responsibilities
- Prepare product for shipment in a fast-paced environment
- Organize shipments for each customer
- Process shipments in the ERP system and utilizing logistics software
- Maintain an accurate inventory
- Perform inventory counts and audits on a daily basis
- Identify process improvements and share opportunities with the team
- Able to perform fast-paced, repetitive processes
- Able to lift 8 to 25 pounds
- Able to stand for long periods of time
