POLYWOOD® is looking for Shipping Team Members who enjoy hands-on work, staying active, and being part of a dependable, team-focused environment. This role is perfect for individuals who take pride in accuracy, value safety, and want to contribute to getting high-quality outdoor furniture into customers’ hands. You will play an important role in the final stage of our production process, ensuring our products are prepared, handled, and shipped with care.

Requirements

  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Reliability, including consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Adaptability and openness to learning in a fast-paced environment
  • Forklift experience is a plus, but not required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics environments
  • Forklift certification or willingness to become certified

Responsibilities

  • Handle, load, and unload finished POLYWOOD® products accurately and efficiently
  • Stay on your feet and actively moving for 10 or more hours per shift
  • Lift, move, and position items weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the day
  • Perform picking tasks by locating and retrieving items to fulfill customer orders
  • Verify shipment accuracy by reviewing orders and inspecting products
  • Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment if certified
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping area by following all safety procedures
