Requirements

Prior industrial or professional sewing experience (required)
Experience sewing cushion materials, upholstery, or similar products preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced production environment
Reliable attendance throughout peak season
Positive attitude and team focused mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience with upholstery, cushion covers, or heavy fabric sewing
Familiarity with production or manufacturing environments

Responsibilities

Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble patio cushion covers
Sew durable materials designed for outdoor performance and longevity
Follow patterns, production standards, and quality guidelines
Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sewing workspace
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals

Full-Time Work in Peak Season:
40 hours per week during the Peak Season.
0 hours per week in the Off-Season.
