About The Position

This position will be responsible to coordinate the shipping and warehouse activities for the day-to-day activities necessary to ensure on time delivery objectives are met and the customer receives the product that they ordered.

Requirements

Forklift certification will be required
Ability to successfully lead a team of up to 10 to 15
Accuracy of information and the ability to follow a process through to completion
Ability to move pallets, load trucks, and move other items safely throughout the plant as necessary
Basic computer skills
Ability to use scanners
Ability to follow instructions, label cartons, and prioritize daily shipments
Excellent understand of your responsibilities regarding safety and OSHA

previous forklift experience is preferred

Responsibilities

Print daily pick tickets
Accountable for picking/shipping/service/quality
Produce copies of paperwork where necessary
Gather, review, and sort daily orders by ship date. Prioritize team duties with help from manager
Monitor and print expedite tickets throughout the shift
Pulling, dispersal, and receiving of components to assemblers to produce finished product necessary to fill customer orders
Pulling of finished goods inventory to fill customer orders
Coordinate with all departments to ensure customer orders are shipped in a timely manner
Match product and customer orders to ensure proper quantities and labeling
Prepare UPS/FedEx shipments according to customer requirements
Assist with inventory activities including cycle counting process
Coordinate and help with routine and exception cycle counting
