Shipping Team Lead
About The Position
Vintage Air is hiring a Shipping Team Lead to lead daily outbound operations and help the team perform at its best. You’ll assign work, train and coach employees, coordinate shipments and carrier pickups, address delays or discrepancies, and ensure every order is complete and ready to go. This role offers the opportunity to play an important role in keeping daily operations on track, develop leadership experience while coaching and supporting a team, improve shipping accuracy, efficiency, and workflow, and build a career with an established company in the automotive aftermarket.
Requirements
- 3+ years of warehouse experience
- Knowledge of shipping processes, documentation, and carrier systems
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Previous leadership experience preferred
