As a Shipping Supervisor (weekend), you will lead and empower your team while overseeing daily operations in a high-volume distribution center. You will leverage your leadership to improve processes and participate in strategic continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in direct employee and performance management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Advanced knowledge of operations and reporting software (Looker, Excel, and WMS).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide practical business solutions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing plans, schedules, quality control initiatives, and performance levels.
• Support, coach, and motivate both salaried and hourly personnel.
• Build and execute productivity plans through volume and staffing forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with safety measures, quality control, and delivery promises.
• Lead large-scale projects within the site.
• Partner with all departments and HR to develop plans that support business needs.
