About The Position
Strive Pharmacy is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately packaging and preparing patient-specific prescription orders for shipment while maintaining strict quality standards and ensuring compliance with Strive Pharmacy’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Shipping Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring prescriptions are packaged correctly, shipped efficiently, and handled according to established quality and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a pharmacy, healthcare, shipping, fulfillment, or other regulated environment preferred.
- Previous experience in shipping, packaging, order fulfillment, or material handling.
- Experience working in a pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and package patient-specific prescription orders, including cold, meltable, and room-temperature shipments, according to established procedures.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure order updates, shipping changes, and special requirements are accurately addressed.
- Monitor shipping supply levels and communicate shortages or replenishment needs to leadership and team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant shipping and assembly workspace in accordance with company standards.
