About The Position

Eaton’s Power Reliability Division is currently seeking a Shipping Scheduler to join our team. This position is based at our South Milwaukee, WI facility. Hours will be 10am to 6pm Monday through Friday. The expected annual salary range for this role is $56000 - $83000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Requirements

  • High School Diploma from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in shipping department.
  • Must be able to walk/stand for an 8-hour shift with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing organization.
  • Previous SAP experience.
  • Previous Logistics work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Timely and accurate shipment and invoicing of all orders.
  • Generate Bills of Lading and other shipping documents for all shipped products.
  • Assign product to trucks by consulting shipping orders and inventory records.
  • Ensure quantity and quality objectives are met for all orders.
  • Ensure priority orders ship as requested (both on time and in full).
  • Interface with carriers, internal sales and customer service departments to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Load trucks with outgoing product as required.
  • Prepare documents to route materials.
  • Print shipping labels.
  • Requisition and store shipping supplies to maintain stock of labels and items needed to perform job.
  • Package and ship items as required.
  • Generate daily shipping reports.
  • Perform all clerical duties as necessary to ensure the accurate and timely shipment of all orders.
  • Comply with Company health, safety and environmental policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
