About The Position

This position is responsible for cleaning and repairing used rental equipment, including packaging and shipping of devices for order fulfillment. This role cleans and inspects returned devices, ensures device functionality and meets quality specifications, and verifies via burn-in process the vitality of the battery life. It also ensures all equipment that is collected, cleaned, and reflected in inventory, scans devices accurately into medical practice management software (i.e., Rivet), and follows proper procedures for devices that are returned. The role meets daily and team goals, completes accurate and timely documentation per established guidelines, and resolves problems by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answer and alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and/or escalating unresolved issues. It abides by Compliance Department standards for documentation, maintains the order process via shipping queue, and ensures products are shipped out according to company standards and the shipping schedule. The role logs into the shipping phone queue to answer internal communications regarding shipping, informs the Shipping & Refurbishment Lead of inventory needs, and packages devices properly for shipment including required device documentation. It maintains company quality assurance standards, maintains access to, and security of, highly sensitive materials, and refers client complaints to appropriate persons. The role also maintains protocol information supplied from reference materials, memos, and training sessions, and participates in other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School Diploma required.
Zero (0) plus years of experience.
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with teams.
Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficient in managing multiple tasks as the same time.
