About The Position

This role is responsible for receiving material, preparing it for production and shipping, and shipping materials. Regular and timely attendance is expected. The position also involves following 5S foundations for deploying lean production tools and processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma preferred but not required
• Good work record and practices
• Ability to properly drive and utilize a forklift
• Ability to perform all physical labor tasks
• Self-starter that takes initiative along with analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills
• Ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
• Talking, hearing, repetitive motion, stooping, crouching, standing, walking, lifting, and climbing stairs
• Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Ability to operate machinery and determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned including to making general observations of the facility
