About The Position

Simpson Race Products, part of Holley Performance Brands, is looking for a dependable, safety-minded Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Safety & Racing team in New Braunfels. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates with experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, distribution, inventory, or order fulfillment—especially in a high-volume operation such as Amazon, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Walmart, or a similar facility—are encouraged to apply. You’ll play an important role in keeping products moving accurately and efficiently, from receiving incoming shipments to preparing orders for customers. Requirements

  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, fulfillment, distribution, inventory, or logistics is preferred.
  • Familiarity with handheld scanners, computers, shipping software, or inventory systems is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Dependable attendance and the ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn new equipment, systems, and processes.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a high-volume fulfillment environment is a plus.
  • Forklift experience or certification is a plus but is not required.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, label, stage, and ship customer orders.
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Verify products, quantities, shipping documents, and order information for accuracy.
  • Use handheld scanners, shipping software, and inventory-management systems.
  • Organize merchandise and maintain accurate inventory locations.
  • Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and other required documentation.
  • Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect products.
  • Operate pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Work closely with team members to meet daily shipping, receiving, and customer-service goals.
  • Follow all company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
