About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining inventory control of all stores/rigs and material received at the Amelia Warehouse. The position involves reviewing incoming manifests and shipping documents, preparing manifests for departing supply vessels and helicopters, and performing material receiving accuracy checks. Additionally, the role requires organizing and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory control of all stores/rigs and material received at the Amelia Warehouse.
Review all incoming manifests and shipping documents and check against cargo received.
Prepare manifests for departing supply vessels and helicopters.
Review and sign off on all outgoing manifests and equipment departing.
Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards.
Perform 100% material receiving accuracy check.
Open and pack bales, crates, totes and other containers.
Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop.
Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.
Wear the proper safety equipment.
