About The Position
This role is for a Shipping & Receiving position at an automated manufacturing facility located in Johnson Creek, WI. The position is for the 1st shift, with working hours from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for some weekend work as needed. Requirements
- Good visual inspection of incoming and outgoing products and materials.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal to no supervision.
- Use basic material handling equipment safely, such as hand trucks and forklifts.
Responsibilities
- Gathering, checking, and packing crates and boxes.
- Attaching shipping information to all customer shipments.
- Assisting in loading, unloading, and distribution of materials, supplies, and shipments.
- Using a forklift or pallet jack.
- Informing lead, quality personnel, or supervisor of any quality issues discovered.
- Ensuring shipping materials/supplies are maintained for timely and efficient shipments.
- Cleaning and organizing the shipping/packaging area.
