About The Position

Custom Truck One Source (CTOS) is a leading provider of specialized trucks, equipment, parts, service, rentals, and upfitting solutions supporting the utility, construction, telecommunications, rail, forestry, and infrastructure industries across North America. Our Calgary facility supports customers with new, used, and rental equipment, including: Bucket Trucks, Digger Derricks, Boom Trucks, Roll-Off Trucks, Trailers and more. This role is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving and processing incoming materials, picking and packing orders, shipping products, and maintaining organized inventory. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in related businesses heavy equipment, parts, automotive, agricultural, construction parts and warehouse operations. It also offers strong opportunities for growth into parts, service, or production roles.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • 1–2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to workplace safety

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in heavy-duty trucks, construction, agricultural, or related industries
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience with inventory or ERP systems
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, verify, and stock incoming shipments
  • Prepare and process outgoing shipments
  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
  • Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate inventory using company systems
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory
  • Track and record all inventory movements
  • Pick, stage, and pack orders for shipment or internal use
  • Stock shelves and maintain organized storage areas
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
  • Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Support parts, service, and production teams with timely fulfillment
  • Assist customers and vendors with shipping/receiving inquiries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operation
