About The Position

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate material handling, inventory control, and safe storage practices. Reporting to the Logistics & Warehouse Manager, this role supports efficient inbound and outbound material flow while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards. The Warehouse Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining organized warehouse operations and supporting uninterrupted production and distribution activities.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of warehouse or material handling experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with inventory control systems and ERP platforms
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety and storage best practices
• Ability to coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must work in accordance with Health & Safety regulations, Company Rules, Plant Rules, policies and procedures.
• Must use or wear equipment, protective devices, or certain clothing as required by the company.

Nice To Haves

• Technical or logistics-related training preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, staging, and material movement
• Ensure accurate inventory transactions and ERP updates for all material movements
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, and Logistics teams to support workflow priorities
• Monitor warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety compliance
• Support cycle counts and inventory reconciliation efforts
• Identify and address material handling or storage inefficiencies
• Assist in training staff on proper warehouse procedures and safety standards
• Other duties assigned by management
