About The Position

Boeing Distribution, Inc. Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business is looking for an Entry Shipping/Receiving Specialist to join our team in O'Fallon, MO. This role assists with the initial verification of incoming/outgoing receivers/shippers for identification and damage, processes relevant documentation, packages and processes shipments, and helps maintain an inventory of shipping/receiving supplies.

Requirements

Ability to stand and walk on cement floors for long periods of time throughout the workday.
Ability to fluently read, write and speak English.
Basic Computer Knowledge.
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. A “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Nice To Haves

Uses a utility cart, identifies cartons by part number, uses a computer or laptop, cart, cycle counts product, hand scanner and PC.

Responsibilities

Assists with initial verification for identification and damage on incoming/outgoing receivers/shippers.
Processes receiving/shipping documentation.
Packages and processes shipments.
Assists with maintaining inventory of shipping/receiving supplies.
Places parts in proper location after identifying and verifying part numbers.
Picking and filling orders using a laptop computer.
Receive parts and disburse to proper bins.
Matches paperwork to box and prepares orders for billing / shipping.
Support reaching Departmental & Company Key Results.
