About The Position

As a Shipping and Receiving Specialist Level 3 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products. You will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the overall supply chain operations. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations by ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and on time. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments and collaborating with other departments to resolve any shipping or receiving issues.

Requirements

3-4 years Experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Experience with inventory management systems.
Prior team lead, superiority, or leadership experience

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

Process incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Maintain inventory records and assist with stock management to ensure optimal levels.
In charge of high revenue orders
Conduct quality checks on received products and prepare items for shipment.
Accurately document incoming and outgoing shipments
Inspect and verify the contents of packages
Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain a well-organized warehouse
