About The Position

AirPro Diagnostics is seeking a qualified, self-motivated Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for accurately processing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory records, and keeping our warehouse organized and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and has experience with shipping software and inventory management systems.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
  • Working knowledge of shipping software and carrier platforms (UPS, FedEx, USPS, or similar).
  • Competent with inventory management software; experience with InFlow is a plus but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and email.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with InFlow is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips and purchase orders.
  • Prepare, package, label, and ship outgoing orders using shipping software (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS platforms).
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records using inventory management software (InFlow preferred but not required).
  • Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to the appropriate team members.
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment in accordance with company procedures and deadlines.
  • Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient stockroom and shipping/receiving area.
  • Coordinate with carriers and freight companies to schedule pickups and resolve delivery issues.
  • Perform periodic cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
  • Operate basic warehouse equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks safely and correctly.
  • Communicate proactively with supervisors and other departments regarding shipment status and inventory needs.
