About The Position

Join the dedicated team at KRI in Fort Collins/Wellington as a Full-Time Shipping Specialist. This on-site role offers the opportunity to take ownership of the shipping function, coordinate shipments around the world, and work alongside an experienced team. You'll help ensure customers receive their finished goods on time and in excellent condition. A little about KRI Privately held KRI is a pioneer and leader in the manufacturing of broad-beam products, including commercial ion sources, plasma sources, and power supply controllers. We are currently in Fort Collins, but will move to Wellington in 2027.

Requirements

Experience with shipping, logistics carriers, and US Government regulations.
Ability to maintain accuracy when completing shipping documents, even when the pace picks up.
Effective communication with the ability to build strong relationships.
Experience with M/S office and logistics online software.
An eye for detail and a team-first approach, with the understanding that sometimes getting the job done means helping someone else get theirs done first.

Responsibilities

Organize shipments and prepare all documents, ensuring customer instructions are met.
Adhere to US Government regulations for both domestic and international shipments using logistics carriers.
Ensure customers receive their finished goods on time.
Ensure the shipping area is clean and prepared for all shipping needs.
Manage daily challenges including competing deadlines, inventory counts, and purchase orders.
