About The Position
This role is responsible for various shipping and receiving duties, including verifying documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments, palletizing orders, assisting with loading and unloading materials, recording information about incoming materials, participating in inventory audits, and maintaining a clean and organized shipping and receiving area.
Responsibilities
- Verify with documentation that incoming and outgoing shipments are accurate.
- Palletize orders for shipment as needed.
- Assist forklift operators with loading and unloading of material.
- Stencil, tally and record joint numbers and heat numbers for all incoming material.
- Assist in inventory audits as needed.
- Maintain shipping and receiving area in a neat and clean condition.
