About The Position

DreamPak is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Operator to support its growing liquid food and beverage manufacturing business. The role handles incoming materials, customer orders, inventory, and warehouse organization, while supporting food safety, employee safety, quality standards, and customer specifications. The schedule is 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with an occasional Saturday about once every other month. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record, required to operate a forklift and drive the company vehicle.
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Ability to communicate with management and other personnel.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 pounds unassisted.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Computer and Microsoft products experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure incoming materials are properly identified and marked before stocking or shipping.
Follow work instructions for shipping customer orders.
Use the ERP system to manage inventory accurately.
Fill shelves and maintain a neat, orderly appearance.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
Keep aisles open and clear for safety and efficiency.
Pull orders for shipment processing.
Use a forklift to unload deliveries, handle outgoing shipments, and move items within the warehouse and production facility.
Safely drive the company vehicle to transfer materials between the production facility and warehouse.
Back up the Materials Handler and Warehouse Lead during absences to maintain the integrity of the SQF system.
Maintain food safety, employee safety, quality standards, and customer specifications.
Report food safety problems to personnel with authority to initiate action.
Perform other duties as assigned.
