About The Position

onsemi is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Manager at our Nampa, Idaho site. The manager will oversee all shipping, receiving, transportation, compliance, inventory flow, and logistics operations at the Nampa facility. This position ensures the efficient movement of materials, equipment, and finished goods while maintaining compliance with corporate, customs, quality, environmental, and customer requirements. The role serves as the primary liaison between site operations, corporate transportation teams, Global Trade Services (GTS), freight providers, and regulatory agencies to support uninterrupted production and business operations.

• Experience in shipping, receiving, transportation, compliance, inventory flow, and logistics operations.
• Knowledge of corporate, customs, quality, environmental, and customer requirements.
• Ability to act as a liaison between various teams and external agencies.
