Proven proficiency and competence in the responsibilities and tasks associated with the S/R Clerk 1, 2 and 3.
Deeper understanding, enhanced skills, and a track record of successful performance in the respective warehouse role, building upon the foundational knowledge acquired in the earlier stages.
Prepared to assume additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Cross-train in other warehouse roles (Receiver, Shipper, Inventory Control) to provide backup support during peak periods or absences.
Handle more complex order types, such as customized orders or specialized packaging requirements, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Conduct in-depth audits of specific inventory areas or categories to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and standards.
Assist in evaluating inbound performance metrics and collaborating with the Procurement team to optimize vendor relationships.
Utilize advanced demand forecasting techniques and data analysis to anticipate inventory needs and optimize stock levels.
Apply advanced inventory investigation techniques to analyze system transactions, physical inventory and product specifications to resolve discrepancies.
Manage the processing of returns from customers, ensuring items are inspected, documented, and restocked or disposed of appropriately.
Analyze KPI results to identify trends, patterns, and areas of on-time delivery improvement, and generate regular reports and dashboards showcasing On-Time Delivery Performance KPI and its variations over time.
