About The Position

Performs a variety of shipping and receiving tasks. Verify materials received are as ordered and routes incoming items to appropriate departments/locations. Prepares items for shipment. This role requires the ability to accurately pick and pack orders, receive and accurately stock incoming shipments, operate standup and sit-down Forklift, load and unload shipments, prepare shipment documents, communicate effectively with Warehouse Personnel and Supervisor, maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments, assist with assemblies, accurately perform inventory/cycle counts, organize, clean and maintain warehouse space, and work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, following standardized work and adhering to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or comparable experience
• 2-year minimum Forklift Experience (certified)
• Steel toe shoes
• Physical stamina and strength
• Handle heavy equipment
• Self-disciplined and self-motivated
• Excellent attendance
• Willingness to learn
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
