Requirements
- Basic computer literacy and ability to accurately enter and maintain production information.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to coordinate with production teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and stay focused in a fast-paced production environment.
- Able to stand for extended periods, frequently walk/reach, and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.; comfortable bending, pushing/pulling, climbing, and working around machinery.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to read and understand English and follow safety, GMP, and food safety procedures.
- Ability to work 6:00 PM TO 6:00 AM, including weekends
Nice To Haves
- 1 year of repackaging experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Record and verify all finished product cases by customer, commodity, quantity, and case size for each shift.
- Program automatic palletizers and troubleshoot minor issues while following proper Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Communicate with Group Leaders, M-Room personnel, and line operators regarding production runs and line status.
- Maintain accurate production records, document discrepancies, and help ensure the highest quality finished product.
- Follow GMPs, food safety and SQF requirements, maintain good housekeeping, and immediately report any safety, quality, or food safety concerns.
