This role is responsible for maintaining the loading dock, processing shipments, and managing inventory. The clerk will utilize ERP software, package outgoing shipments, select appropriate carriers, and track shipments. They will also be responsible for computer-based tasks including email, internet research, and maintaining electronic logs using Microsoft Office. Inventory management of shipping materials and in-house vendors is also a key part of the role, along with contributing ideas for company improvements.
