Shipping & Receiving Clerk
About The Position
Precision Aviation Group (PAG) is a leading provider of products and value-added services to the aerospace and defense industries worldwide. With over 1.1 million square-feet sales and services facilities in the United States, Canada, Australia, Singapore, Brazil – PAG’s 27 locations and customer-focused business model serve aviation customers through Supply Chain and Inventory Supported Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (ISMRO) services. The purpose of this role is to efficiently manage the receiving, sorting, and distribution of incoming shipments, as well as preparing and shipping outbound packages. The position ensures proper inventory stocking, accurate order picking, and the timely ordering of consumables. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining smooth operations within the shipping and receiving process, supporting overall business efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of related experience in Aviation, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with sorting and processing incoming shipments, ensuring accurate inspection and proper distribution of goods.
- Manage inventory by stocking products, keeping items organized, and ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Prepare and ship outbound packages, ensuring that items are securely packed, and shipping documents are complete.
- Accurately pick orders from inventory based on customer requirements, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected.
- Order consumables as needed to maintain adequate supplies for shipping and inventory management
