Shipping/Receiving Clerk - 2nd shift

About The Position

INX International is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Clerk to maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse shipping and receiving operations. The role includes cycle counting, assigning and storing materials, assembling customer orders, preparing shipments, and maintaining shipping records and schedules. The position uses SAP and other computer tools to monitor and create deliveries, print labels, create Bills of Lading, and schedule carrier pickups. The starting wage is $22.00 or more per hour based on experience, with shift differentials for second and third shifts.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Two years of related experience.
Prior leadership skills.
Excellent written communication, reading comprehension, and math skills.
Ability to operate a forklift, cherry picker, and turret.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite programs and other computer skills.
Ability to bend, push, or pull when required.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse experience.
Previous hazardous materials training.
SAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts.
Assign materials or items to designated areas and place them on racks, shelves, or in bins.
Mark materials with identifying information.
Assemble internal and external customer orders from stock and place them on pallets.
Prepare items for shipment.
Use SAP to maintain records and print labels.
Monitor and create deliveries and shipping schedules.
Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) and schedule carriers for pickups.
Perform additional duties as required.
