We are looking for a Shipping & Receiving Team Member for the Warehouse. This position will be responsible for the daily Picking, Putaway and Replenishment process tasks as assigned; meeting performance measurements of all tasks as communicated and directed by the Warehouse S & R Supervisor.

Requirements

Must be able to lift 55lbs
Must be able to be on feet for up to 2 hours at a time
Knowledge in WMS and Handheld Scanners PREFERRED
Ability to learn and implement additional management applications required for role such as Netsuite, Phone systems, or project management software
Basic or Advanced Warehouse knowledge and experience PREFERRED

Responsibilities

Picking, Putaway and Replenishment process tasks as assigned
Meeting performance measurements of all tasks as communicated and directed by the Warehouse S & R Supervisor
Picking, Validation/Packing, Value Added Services (such as labeling or customized packaging), Putaway, Replenishments, and Supply prep
Quality Control tasks and Packing/Shipping tasks may be trained and assigned during slower volume
Participate in the team effort to ensure adequate order cycle and delivery times to meet all Service Level Agreements (SLA) expectations
Adopts and adheres to the Company Mission Statement
Collaborative Works to establish collaborative efforts with all required interactions, including but not limited to: the S & R Team, ICQC (Inventory Control/Quality Control) Team, Factory Team, SFO (Spyderco Factory Outlet) Team, Management, and any external partnerships such as freight carriers or freight reps.
