About The Position

The Warehouse/ Logistics Worker is responsible for performing routine warehouse tasks including receiving, storing, and shipping goods, including delivery. This role ensures accurate handling of inventory and compliance with standard procedures. This job profile is intended for support staff that follows established procedures and works under close supervision. Smaller/easier decisions are made autonomously. This job and its associated grade are specifically aligned with roles that have the following scope of responsibility: Small, Medium, Large, Division / Extra Large organization.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Physical ability to lift and move items.

Nice To Haves

• May require basic vocational training (or equivalent work experience) and up to 2 years of relevant experience to carry out the role.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming goods and verify against shipment records.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment.
• Record inventory movements and maintain accurate logs.
• Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Follow safety and operational procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts and audits.
