This role is responsible for preparing, packaging, and processing outgoing shipments, ensuring accurate labeling and compliance with company and carrier requirements. The position involves coordinating with carriers and internal teams for timely deliveries, maintaining accurate shipping records, and entering data into warehouse management and tracking systems. Daily use of Excel and Outlook is required for logs, communication, and scheduling. The clerk will also work closely with Operations, carriers, and internal departments to resolve shipping issues, communicate shipment status, and assist with scheduling pickups and managing shipping timelines.
