Shipping & Receiving Clerk
About The Position
This role involves shipping, receiving, and parts inventory duties. The primary responsibilities include helping to load and unload truck deliveries, checking in and putting away parts orders, and maintaining proper bin locations for all parts. The position also requires keeping the warehouse neat, tidy, and organized, completing cycle counts regularly as scheduled by the Parts Manager, and managing vendor returns, warranty returns, and core inventory. Additionally, the role involves the delivery, pickup, and handling of miscellaneous vehicle parts to and from various surrounding areas, and assisting in all aspects of parts department operations as requested. The job requires a willingness to work Saturdays.
Requirements
- Requires ability to secure parts in a timely manner
- Work under time deadlines and maintain a friendly attitude at all times
- Current, valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is required
- Minimum age 18 years old
- Must be able to lift up to 70lbs and handle large items with limited assistance
- Excellent customer service skills and multitasking ability
- Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening including a criminal background check, a review of motor vehicle records, and verification of social security number.

- Previous parts or delivery experience preferred
- Dealership experience preferred
