About The Position

This role is responsible for managing the shipping and receiving of materials, including entering receipts into the Plex system, creating customs paperwork for international shipments, and handling hazardous materials according to safety standards. The position also involves moving materials with a power lift truck, managing inbound and outbound carriers, and verifying shipment details against the bill of lading. The role requires a BS or BA in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience, along with specific experience in SAP and PC&L operations.

Requirements

• BS or BA in Technical or Business or equivalent experience
• Experience in SAP
• Experience in PC&L operations for at least 2 years
• Knowledge of transportation industry and LLP's including both regular modes of transportation as well as expedited methods
• Knowledge of basic manufacturing principles including Lean, Inteva Manufacturing System
• Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills

Responsibilities

• Ship & Receive Material using the Plex System
• Enter Receipts into Plex for Services along with Tools and Equipment
• Create Customs and Duties Paperwork for all International Shipments
• Move material and equipment with power lift truck
• Handle Hazardous Material according to Inteva safety standards
• Pickup and deliver packages and materials to Inteva Bluffton employees
• Manage inbound and outbound carriers and verify the material matches the bill of lading
