About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support the efficient flow of materials and products throughout our operation. This position plays a critical role in coordinating deliveries, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring customers receive their orders on time. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and communication are essential.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, warehousing, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with basic computer applications and data entry.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the timely shipment and receipt of materials, products, and supplies.
• Manage delivery documentation, including pick tickets, shipping records, and receiving paperwork.
• Monitor and track customer deliveries to ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Develop and maintain shipping schedules to meet customer requirements and projected sales demands.
• Communicate regularly with sales and operations teams to verify project status, delivery timelines, and order fulfillment needs.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and order-related questions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support inventory, shipping, and receiving activities.
• Ensure incoming and outgoing materials are processed efficiently and in compliance with company procedures.
• Identify and communicate potential shipping delays or issues to appropriate team members to support timely resolution.
• Assist in maintaining an organized, safe, and productive work environment.
