About The Position
We are a fast-paced beauty products manufacturer based in Los Angeles seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. This role is ideal for individuals with at least 2 years of experience in order picking and packing, who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about maintaining accuracy and efficiency in all shipping and receiving operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in order picking and packing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Know how to use a computer for Data Entry
- English reading and writing
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Organize and stock products in appropriate warehouse locations
- Prepare shipping documents and labels using warehouse software
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping and receiving areas
- Conduct routine inventory checks and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified)
