About The Position
GCG Automation & Automation Factory Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate to join their team. This role involves shipping orders via UPS and FedEx, receiving orders, performing put-away tasks, and cross-training in other departments. The position offers a pay rate of $23.50/hr with full benefits and operates from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Computer literacy required
- At least 2 years in a shipping / receiving role required
- Attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience a plus
- Experience using FedEx/UPS Shipping systems a plus
- Experience in picking, inventory, and other warehouse departments a plus
Responsibilities
- Ship out orders via UPS and FedEx ensuring shipping details are correct
- Receive incoming orders and do put away
- Pick orders using RF scanners and forklifts
- Count, box, and label orders for shipment
- Palletize and wrap orders
- Perform additional duties as required
